We have been residents of the Quarters At Cambridge exactly 1 week...and our initial impressions have been confirmed ten-fold! We love the layout of the complex and our unit...we appreciate the location...tucked away but convenient to so many shops, restaurants and services. The trees, lawns and shrubs are mature and well-maintained. What we probably appreciate and enjoy the most is the friendliness and efficiency of the office staff and the maintenance crew...who seem to go out of their way to smile, wave and say hello. And, we love the variety of great people who live here and call the Quarters home...many of whom show their pride with flowers, bird feeders and decorative items around their townhouse or apartment. I've been living in the Quarters for two years and I've been very pleased. Answers to requests for maintenance have been excellent, and the crew is polite and helpful. The landscaping is kept very well. The office staff is very friendly and also very helpful. It's common to have neighbors speak to each other and lots of waving goes on when you drive by others. It's a good place to live!

We contemplated downsizing for several years, but no community felt right until we discovered Quarters at Cambridge! Friendly waves from residents walking their dogs, the warm and inviting office area and staff, the attractive landscaping, all convinced us immediately that this was the right fit for us. We have settled in now and are grateful to have found our new home!

I've been a resident at Quarters at Cambridge for a year now, in one of the apartments, and I just renewed for an additional two years. Quarters is a great community. It's quiet, friendly, the grounds are maintained beautifully. Repairs or maintenance issues are handled so quickly. The Quarters office staff are the best and they work to make the residents a community over just being renters.
