This use to be such a nice place to live. It keeps getting worse but this last year has been the worst. The newest of the 8 property managers that have been here since I moved in has to be the worst by far. She is rude, unprofessional, a liar, and horrible at her job,along with the rest of her staff. There are so many fire hazards in these apts and all bernice and her staff seem to care about is trash around the dumpsters. No maintenance men on payroll, just a weird guy that rides around in a mini van that has access to all our homes and fixes nothing. The caliber of people being allowed to move in here is very close to the bottom of the barrel. Trash all on the gounds. Dog poo all in the grass. Roaches in every building. Corporate isn't much better at fixing the problem but I was told B

This property represents severe mismanagement, chronic neglect, and a complete disregard for resident well-being. The apartments are structurally deteriorating and deceptively maintained. Rather than performing legitimate repairs, management relies on paint, glue, and temporary cosmetic cover-ups to conceal damage. Nothing is replaced. Nothing is corrected. When these makeshift “repairs” inevitably fail, residents are blamed and financially charged for issues caused by long-term neglect. Maintenance is a systemic failure. Honestly, before I was very disappointed in how long it took for Maintenance requests and things to get done/fixed. We recently got a new property manager, Bernice, and since she came everything has been getting done right away. She came did a walk through in my apartment and addressed all my concerns and the same day she came people started coming and working on everything that needed to get done. I don't have to wait weeks/ months/year for something to get done, and I don't have to contact her every day to stay on top of things. Thank goodness, because that's honestly all we needed to make this apartment complex great! Thank you Bernice for making sure your residents are satisfied, that's what great management is all about.
I applied to this complex looking for a solution to my housing problem, but what I got was a problem. It wasn't accepted for an absurd reason. On top of that, I now have to deal with the return of my deposit, which I've had to wait over a month for, and to date, I haven't received it. The management has been extremely incompetent in this regard; they were unwilling to help solve the problem. Communication has been terrible. I truly thank God I didn't end up there. If that's how it is, imagine when you're living there and need someone to solve a problem
Living at this apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare due to the management team. Their attitudes are consistently negative, and they have been nothing short of aggressive in their interactions with residents. It feels like they go out of their way to make living here as unpleasant as possible. From the start, communication with the management has been a major issue. They are unresponsive to emails and phone calls, and when they do respond, it's often with rudeness and hostility. Any attempt to address concerns or maintenance requests is met with dismissive and confrontational behavior, making it incredibly difficult to get anything resolved.
