LOVED THE QUARTER! We lived here for 1 year and have nothing but the best things to say about this place. Bethany and Rachel were amazing. They were always super helpful with the move in process and always very friendly. The units are very stylish and well kept. We were nervous about moving into a smaller unit than we wanted but found that the apartment had lots of storage space. Management keeps the shared spaces very clean. There are monthly events that are always great for meeting other residents and the gyms are stellar. If you’re moving to Cleveland, this is the place to live.

From the moment you walk through the fabulous double glass and metal doors on Detroit Avenue, you know this is home. The well appointed lobby, boasting fabulous lighting, invites you in as you are greeted by an exceptional, friendly staff. Their customer service acumen is the best I've experienced. You can't help but notice all the attention to detail that was put into the construction and design of the entire complex. The absolute stunning resident lounge, gym and pool area, are that of a 5 star resort and spa. Nothing is missing! Seriously none of my apartments in D.C., ever had any of the amenities we have here. I loved my experience at the Quarter! I was one of the original tenants and lived there six years. Bethanny and the management staff are kind and professional. All manintenance requests are handled immediately. Mark, Eric and Shawn are the best! The space is beautiful! I was sad to leave. I would highly recommend The Quarter.

Whether you have a maintenance request or need help with a package delivery, they handle everything with professionalism and a personal touch. It's clear that they truly care about the residents, going above and beyond to ensure everyone feels at home. What really sets The Quarter apart is the exciting lineup of events. From lively summer barbecues on the rooftop to themed game nights, there’s never a dull moment! They even host seasonal parties that make celebrating holidays a blast! Love!

Lived here for the last 2 years and would do it all over again. The staff is so great and easy to work with. The few and minor maintenance problems I’ve had have been fixed almost immediately. At all times of day they are willing to help you out. I love the community here, as a resident it’s tough to make time to meet new people and have fun and the staff here is able to put on so many amazing events for us that have made me closer with everyone. Shout out to the Christmas party it’s a must every year.
