Quantum Lakes Villas West

I wish I could give a lower rating! The staff was great when touring and doing papers. After several issues. I was allowed to change apartments. The apartment I got was not walked through by staff before handing keys. They declined to do it at time of assigning keys. The cited covid for their reason. The facility staff let me go all summer with no AC. The office managers email literally said "Good news Summer is almost over". The AC filter had not been changed in who knows how long when I got the Apartment. It had bed bugs in the Master bedroom. The bathrooms had not been cleaned the the kitchen had a base board with chew marks from what appeared to be a mouse.

Love living here ! So quiet and peaceful !
