Quality Rental Homes and Property Management

I love the HEART within this company. They're not in it for the money, they make you feel like there in the business for the people. I've been a renter for 3 years plus. When I'm ready to buy I will strongly consider using this company. Put your trust in this company, they will show you 100 times fold they are worthy. The maintenance personal are a trustworthy, knowledgeable professionals. As to the other reviews, I understand the fustration of house issues, sometimes we have to be patient knowing that appliances fail and that's beyond human control. There is absolutely nothing negative that I can say about this company, owner, or the staff here! They are all very courteous, helpful, and I am always greeted with a smile when I go to the office. In April of 2016 we found the home that we are still renting through Grant Hamady/Quality rental homes. The application was processed very quickly and the "paperwork" process was very thorough. We worked with Dave and Mr. Hamady at signing and they made sure that we understood everything, generously answered all questions we had, and made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend the team there to anybody looking to buy or rent within the area!

I have been a renter from this business for the past 5+ years. I have to say that there have been absolutely no issues and I'm 100% satisfied. I will be moving on from here in the next few months but I wanted to give a huge shout out to this amazing property management company. 👍👍

We have been doing business with them since 2012, we thought that this would be just a short term stay for us, but our house, became our home. We have an older home, with beautiful bones. When anything has needed to be tended to, it has been a breeze to get things done. They understand what quality service is, and have given it so well. It's a good company to work with.

Referrals for maintenance services is non existent if at the least very minimal. Association members have received quotes on their own after first requesting referrals from, and received no response from Quality. I've requested referrals to perform brick/masonry work a year ago. I received a call from Quality approximately a month ago asking if I still needed the work done. Probably may receive a follow up call for lighting, resurfacing etc...for other prior requests next year. However, they do have a decent system, despite prior glitches, to collect monthly association dues and fee.
