Quality Real estate is awesome. They have great customer service. They have different programs and different options for becoming a home owner. If you do not have great credit or income, they have an owner to owner finance program, with money down. They are the KING of fixer uppers. They have as -is properties, rental commercials etc . I would recommend this company to all who are tired of renting and wanting to become a 1st time home buyer. In addition they have a list of services they offer. The broker and his entire staff are very welcoming, polite, professional, skilled and patient.

Great experience thus far. The office assistant that I worked with, Shy, was very patient and very informative in helping me prepare for the app process. The property owner very down to earth and truly cares about his properties. I'm looking forward to a great experience with him.

Genesis, was showing the property on 2029 Ella st. I dont need much so after taking a peek I was willing to sign a lease and pay the entire lease in advance. My credit is bad Every question I had was answered with an eye roll or a rude and unprofessional response, she basically talked me out of taking a risk on this property and I believe did me an unintentional favor. The more unprofessional the realtor/owner is,shows you in advance how you will be treated if you ever have a problem with the property.

I love love this company and all it stand for they helped me find an apartment in a time of need although the landlord ended up being a peice of work the compassion and understanding keep it honest cans they will find a way to help you
