Quality Real Estate

This is a basement brokerage. Very unprofessional. They had a listing that was not in MLS. No sellers disclosure. No lock box. Tried calling the agent several times and would not allow me (a real estate agent!) to show the property to my buyer. After 3 days of trying to get ahold of the listing agent, he tells me the house had already been sold. Brokerages like this are not looking out for the best interest of their clients. Someone like my buyer probably could have driven the price up and gotten their seller more money for the property.

Very unprofessional. Very painful to do business with him. If I could leave a zero star, I would. Very unpleasant to work with him. I don't want to waste a lot of energy with the details. Just know you are dealing with someone extremely difficult.
