This place is a joke And very unprofessional with a series of unfortunate events my girlfriend is being forced out of her home because she is not on the lease They will not accept rent from her and told to get out in 1 day After informing them that there is a legal process to remove a person from a place They posted a 30 day notice that is all wrong and invalid . The person that posted it has since been to the residence 2 times once trying to enter the property un announced and saying she is stealing from the person who was on the lease that is no longer with us. The employee threatened to call the cops and was harassing her still trying to enter the property Until I went to the door and told him to leave He tuned away and was yelling something about the Lodi police I told her to

I saw a neighbor move out and quickly jumped to apply for the unit so I could be first on the list. When submitting my application they told me they wouldn’t list the property or put a sign up because they would take my application. I waited for 4 weeks with no communication and any time I called they said they were “waiting for the property to be ready before they made calls.” They posted a sign out in the front yard and right away I knew they were taking other applicants despite telling me they weren’t going to. After 4 weeks of run around, I get a call that the owner of the property went with a different applicant that I didn’t get the unit (never even running my credit) and then the next day moved someone else into the unit. I applied for a property back in May, I was declined due to being so young 22 (that’s discrimination); was told I would get my application fee back if I wanted or they’d hold it for another property down the line, stupidly said they could hold onto it. Attempting to seek another property due to desperation, I reached out again. July 29th I reached out to seek any other property, a 2 bedroom this time instead of a 1 bedroom so I could have my roommate move too. July 29th she told me they’d have a 2 bedroom property ready to apply in a month. I asked what the rent was; Didn’t respond. Asked again a week later, they responded. I said I was interested and wanted to apply with a roommate as we combined made 3x the rent. Silence after that. Ghost silence. I could have gotten ahold of King Tut

If you could give 0 stars I would. These people are horrible. We rented the house we were in before these guys took it over. The people before were amazing. We were in that house 11+ years. Almost 4 years or so ago Quality Property Services took over this property. It took us 2 years to get the oven fixed and one other thing. About a year after they took over, they came to do a walk through to see what was needed and we told them the heating unit wasn't working right and there were no carbon detectors. I can't remember how long it took them to get the heating guy out but they said the heater needed to be fixed or replaced and until then they put the filter in the vent return 15ft high up in the vaulted ceiling because they didn't want to put the filter in the heating unit because i

If i could give 0 stars i would. After the way i seen them treat this arabic man, i knew they were people i would never want to rent from. Dont know the old white ladys name but she is extremly rude w her nose so high. If you aren't white expect them to give you a VERY hard time before renting. When friends tell me of their stories going through them i know exactly what they mean. They are just awful.
