I have enjoyed my several stays at Quality Properties because of the Quality Management and family oriented staff. Quality Properties provide quality properties at affordable prices, which is hard to find these days! Kudos to Quality Properties which deserves the highest star rating!!

THIEVES, CONS, SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT rent from these people! I NEVER received keys for an apartment that I was “assigned“ to. I signed a lease for an apartment on Anne Marie but was then assigned to an apartment on Leake Dr. When asked for my deposit back because I wasn’t comfortable with moving into an apartment that I didn’t agree to, the property manager, Elizabeth, was unbelievably angry, rude and disgustingly unprofessional! I continuously put in request for my deposit to be returned and have never received any response. This company steals, scams and cons you out of your money without giving you access or keys to the property that you’ve put money on then changes the apartment without your consent. I can only assume that the apartment on Anne Marie is the show property and the one on Le

0/10 . My gf recently applied here & Elizabeth made SURE that she got denied by saying bizarre reasonings . My experience with them should have NO effect on her application . Plus A relative used my gf name for her lights months prior & she denied her because of the energy bill being sent to that old address ? when her name wasn’t on the lease . It just seems like she tried everything to not let her get approved despite everything being accurate . the whole situation was unprofessional & gave discrimination . My experience with them was ALSO HORRIBLE . my apartment on florida had rats & roaches . 0/10 won’t recommend . her apartments aren’t a long term stay , don’t even waste your time .

Quality property Mrs Elizabeth was nice the first time I met her I been living at her property 9 months now she send me a letter telling she will not renew my lease so I call and ask why nobody can give me a answer so she give me to Oct 2 to move out the apartment but sill want me to pay for September rent this apartment I have a lot of roaches the air conditioner do not bow in my kids room my car get broken into she don’t want to put lights outside of her building we always sick in the apartment I take my kids to the doctors office I got all my paperwork together I will be moving out this apartment soon 8238 innovation do not rent she send a letter out telling us we had to throw away our barbecue grill I pay my rent on time all she want is money

Mrs Elizabeth very Ruth and unethical wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here been living in severe mold infested apartment for 6 months which cost serious health problems to my family reported more then once and she became upset and try to force me out , because she insisted that there was no mold after cutting ceiling and finding how bad mold was she then try to move me in a unsafe area. Not healthy and friendly place to live. Roach infested.
