Quality Management

The communication is terrible with this company. Outside of business hours we were told that the lobby was closed and they included office hours. They did not say that the lobby was closed to the public indefinitely. They also didn't tell us that they don't hand out keys past 3pm on Fridays when they are open till 5pm. So we showed up to the office on a rainy day expecting their lobby to be open and enough time to tour the home. They closed the lobby to the public due to covid. How do you provide "quality" service when we had to stand in the rain to talk to someone about a key deposited.

Been renting with them for years, Tara and the other ladies are always so sweet and happy to help. I have ugraded from an apartment to a 3 bedroom home with them to expand our family. Tara was genuinely so happy for us. Yes, things break and maintenance happens, I work in Automotive Service so I understand it takes time and lots of coordination. But they have been very clear, straightforward, and communicative. Before we rented with them, we tried applying to other places and were ripped off and disrespected by the other propery managements. I always refer people to QM because they make it a positive and easy experience.

So far a very disappointing experience. One of the Lady’s is very nice and pleasant to work with and everyone else is very rude and poor communicators. They aren’t anything but a poor middle man between us and the owner that do more harm than good so far. I hope the service improves soon.

This property management company also run lakeview water company. I highly discourage anyone from renting or even being civil with these people. They came and shut my water off with 4 kids and a dog in the home. My bill said shut off June 16th if not paid. Mandy called me and did not care one bit. She said I needed to pay my past due amount before I get my water turned on even though my Notice said otherwise, but their off was closed for the day so I couldn't get it turned on if I wanted to. They do not care about anything besides money. They have been reported to the BBB and the government utility office thar handles these kinds of situations. Thanks Mandy for no help!

So far it's only been a week in our new rental but I would have to say they are super kind and fast to respond when they can! It was very fast to get into our rental and were very understanding and easy to work with your situations. They are also very fair! As of now I would highly recommend, will update at the end of our lease!!
