I had a wonderful experience finding my apartment through Sharon. Even after the apartment process was complete, she continued to go out of her way to make herself accessible and to help out in any way she can. Great experience.

Good friends of mine used this service and were assured a unit is off market. They paid the deposit and confirmed with the realtor of same day application confirmation. Then the unit was given to someone else with no notice after several days of waiting for the app to go through. Please don’t use their services - really unprofessional - you could get scammed the same way.

Sharon Sharaga has went out of her way to make my move to New York seamless. Moving to NYC, from out of state, I’ve heard would be incredibly difficult, however this was not the case with her help. I couldn’t recommend working with her more, she is incredibly responsive, and very helpful!

I went and toured a listing I found on Street East which I really liked. Unfortunately someone else won the bid but I stayed in touch with Xavier and Felipe who both kept me apprised of all the current listings that fit the criteria I left for them. I ended up renting with another broker but the service I received from Felipe and Xavier was to notch. You can't go wrong doing business with those two and I'll be sure to contact them next time I need an apartment.
