Quaker Title & Escrow - 100 STARS! Professional, courteous and caring. Everyone in the office is on their game. I dealt with their Para-Legal, Marlo, who handled my closing meticulously. She even had to school the sellers Title Company. Seth Huberman is also outstanding and helped me out when he didn't have to. Gave me so much of his time! I am a local realtor who worked on a transaction they were handling as the listing agent. Our contract states the earnest money deposit is due within 24 hours of contract execution. Of course this morning and afternoon I called Quaker Title because the buyer told me they were not sent the wiring instructions and we have a 1 day period for the deposit. I called and spoke to the closing agent 2x Marlo who was so rude she told me she was too busy today to send the wiring instructions to the buyer. Apparently no one else is able to send the wiring information in the office. Very unprofessional no customer service and if I ever see them listing on a contract I request the buyer pick someone else I will never work with these people again.

Marlo goes above and beyond for you! An amazing thing to find these days! I highly recommend her and would give her a hundred and five stars if I could. Thank you Marlo, for everything you do!
