Submitted and application and fee in 2021 for an 1 bd or studio with artist preference. They make you submit examples of your art when applying. Some of them were originals so they've been holding onto my art for two years. The apartments were supposed to be finished fall of 2021. I have been rn calling and emailing for over a year trying to update information like my phone number and they are not responding to phone calls or emails. Overall extremely unprofessional and the leasing staff loses applications from before last fall and say that you never submitted anything instead of saying they lost it. The Flats had the same problem. Update (2024) they replied saying someone would reschedule out still haven't heard from them. They still have some of my original works as well. They don't answ

Yet again another newly constructed property in Wilmington featuring reasonably priced affordable rental units. Love that it's both smoke free and is looking to attract tenants from diverse backgrounds, but in particular that they are aiming for tenants with an artistic background or area of study/employment!

Still haven’t heard anything back on when to move in I put my application in and payed a fee and still haven’t heard nothing got my letter in fed of 2022 and haven’t gotten a move in date or a call or email on any updates just want to know how much longer
