Customer Reviews
I’ve been living in these apartments for less than three months and have had mass amounts of issues. To start, I was over charged by a few hundred dollars. I sent in a spreadsheet doing the math and the manager admitted to the mistake, but refused to give an actual refund, only a credit towards rent. I assume to cover her own mistake rather than have to own up to it…I had to ask for the promotion that was promised when I signed my lease of $500 off the first month of rent and again for additional fees that were to be refunded due to the promotion. Immediately upon arrival there was a cockroach on the wall and several more were spotted in the first couple weeks. While they were quick to respond to that request, I got the feeling that the manager believed I brought them in based off of her e
I was a prospective resident curious about possibly leasing there. No one ever answer the phone so I decided to stop by in person. The Property manager did not have a great attitude did not seem eager to wanna help me get more information, not only did I have to walk myself to the unit to tour not knowing anything about the property but the unit I was shown inside looks nothing like the pictures, the wood was corroded. I overall just did not appreciate the attitude or the energy that the manager was giving, for the condition of the unit versus what they wanted it’s definitely not worth it. If you’re thinking about touring , don’t.
I am writing this review after my friend was forced to relocate to a new unit within this same complex. This move only happened after they were injured due to severe negligence in their original apartment. In their original apartment, the subfloor was so rotted from apparent water damage that my friend's foot broke straight through it, causing a physical injury. This unit was clearly not in a safe or habitable condition. The safety issues are not isolated. As shown in my photos, there is an exposed electrical conduit lying on the ground in a common area next to the building. The danger is more than just tripping, at the end of the conduit, the electrical wires are completely exposed and are not secured in a proper junction box. When I looked closely, I saw that while one wire was capped
These apartments were okay when I first moved in. I've never had an issue with anybody in the complex (most of the tenants are amazing). Maintenance takes forever to respond to calls. I still have maintenance issues I've been waiting to be finished but I've given up at this point. But I've had more issues than I should've with the management. I recently found out that this complex let me move in without fixing two giant holes in my bathroom floor. My laundry room ceiling has leaked twice now (previous tenant or maintenance forgetting to turn off water to washer hookups). Half of my electrical sockets don't work, the carpet is nasty and wasn't new when I moved in. It's been a month now and I'm still waiting for maintenance to come finish my laundry room ceiling since the water busted throug
I'm on my second lease here at Quail Run Apartments. Maintenance is never urgent about issues, but recently (4/15/25) I made a maintenance request because my AC is not keeping up in this MILD weather. For days, my thermostat has read above 80 degrees, with windows open and 3 fans blowing full speed. When I asked why a technician hasn't been to my unit yet, I was told that the maintenance team is overseeing 3 properties and that I couldn't be given an estimated date of when they'll be around to come fix it. Sometime during these 7 days, a technician has been in my apartment to put in a new air filter, but I suppose they didn't have time to look at the thermostat. If you plan to live here in cold months, this might be your place. However, don't expect to walk into your apartment during the
