Quail Run Apartments

We lived in an upstairs (3 bed/ 2 bath) unit in 2084 end of 2024 until mid of 2025. Online the property appeared well maintained and rooms looked spacious. On move in day we received a list of cleaning products to avoid (bleach, Clorox, etc.) because it would eat away at the patchwork that was done. On day one, the apartment seemed lightly cleaned (but I quickly learned that the dirt had been painted over which was confirmed by staff of the company they contracted with to clean the units), carpet was full of cat fur (later confirmed by a carpet cleaner we paid for ourselves) and I discovered the building had a severe roach problem (as mentioned in several other reviews). It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Dawn made sure everything went smoothly and stress-free during my move-in. I look forward to help make this a great place to live. This is a great community.

Truthfully, I fell in love with the community after sitting and chatting with Kelly and LaVita. They both was great help as I got to see the apartment before I moved in. I did trust that they would be able to come through with it and they did! Love my place! May even upgrade to an 2 bedroom if available!!!

***** Military Families AVOID ***** This apartment complex is one storm away from being condemned. This is going to be super long, so stay to read fully. If you get the pleasure of speaking with LaVita, she is super nice and very welcoming, as well as the head maintenance guy. Also, don't be fooled by the beautiful brick. You will get the way older buildings that feel like when you are walking up them, they shake. Surrounding the exterior and right up front you get the beautiful housing in the middle of the road is where you might end up. I know a lot of us go off photos, just don't be fooled. WINDOWS PAINTED SHUT for months our windows would not open, God forbid there be a fire at the front and/or back door. We had to ask them to get them open which took a bunch of banging to get them to

I've lived in Quail Run for 2 years now, since the moment I moved in the experience was fantastic. Great customer support, the office staff always addressed me by my first name, and always was looking to help: they really get to know you as part of the community. The community is gorgeous and they take care of the property, everyone does, you wont find trash around the parking areas! Maintenance staff is also great, they will take care of you issues if you have any, even the same day! The apartments are in great condition, great appliances and very well taken care of. If it wasn't because my job relocated me to NC, I'd probably still live there. 24/7 gym, summer pool, great surroundings, the complex is beautiful. My experience there has been pleasant, thank you all for that!
