Quail Ridge Apartments

I have got to say that these apartments are amazing! I have never lived in a place where I felt so happy. What makes this place so amazing is the manager, Norma Nicol, and their maintenance crew. The manager seriously goes above and beyond for her residents, not only dusting business hours but 24/7. I feel so blessed ho have found a home with a manager as amazing as Norma!!!

This property is a great property to live on. The management has always been welcoming and it has undergone several updates in the last few years. The current manager is very helpful and willing to help residents in English and Spanish. They also have a social worker who visits the property once a week to help residents and even better, they have an after school program with a tutor! Definitely recommend!

2 years ago I was looking for a place to stay, never owned or rented anywhere. Walled into the office and Norma (manager) had an opening for me and my family. She got us in faster then expected. She gave me an opportunity/ place to live. She went out an beyond my expectations as a manager/friend. Winn properties is going to miss her as a manager. She went out of her way for her company/apartments. Thank you so much Norma, enjoy the new chapter in your life!!

Norma is a great manager/friend she helped my husband and family find a place to rent. When I got here I was told that Norma was the only manager that would do fun activities for our kids to do around. We are going to miss her she’s a great person and always has a smile for us.

I really love it here. The manager Jasmine helped me and got me in really fast. I love the fact that her and her maintenance team fix problems quickly and it is always clean. I also like the fact that it is pretty quiet there and nothing bad occurs
