UPDATE: I moved out August 9 and I sent email to Joy the GM. I sent second email on August 12. She finally responded on August 20 saying my move out was approved, complete, and that my refund was being sent to my forwarding address. Today September 2, I still haven't received my refund. So I sent another email and she responded saying that they were waiting for the final step to be approved. But now it was approved and being processed for a refund. Really?? This place is a joke. The level of dishonesty from this place is reaching an unbelievable high. Just wowwwww. This property is a complete nightmare. Poorly managed, poorly maintained. Don't let the photos fool you. Living here was the worst year ever! Before moving there I lived across the street, and since I choose the unit I would drive by occasionally to see if they were doing any work. On all of my trips I noticed that the patio area was very greasy and filthy. I didn't think much of it. Move in day comes and I'm sitting in the office ready to get things going. The manager walks over sees which unit I'm getting and casually say " That unit has roaches. Would you be able to stay in your current place until Friday? And they just replaced the tub and the painters are still painting." She asked me if I could come back later that day to start moving in, and to call back around 2 to check on progress. Quail Ridge Apartments has been a fantastic experience! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and truly feels like home. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, but what really sets this place apart is the outstanding staff. From the leasing office to maintenance, everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. The leasing team made my move-in process smooth and hassle-free, always responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is just as impressive—prompt, efficient, and always willing to help. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in making this a great place to live. I highly recommend The Quail Ridge Apartment Homes it is a beautiful property that is maintained well. Close to Highway 30 and has great entertainment facilities nearby. The Office Staff (Sara, Karla) is wonderful and very friendly, also the property seems very quiet. I love how it has plenty of parking and a fitness center that is kept clean which is a plus for me. It has two pool which are nicely kept and it has a playground which is also a good thing for me so my kids can do something.

I have really enjoyed my time at Quail Ridge Apartments and plan to renew my lease soon. The maintenance team has always responded to my concerns in a timely manner, making sure everything is taken care of efficiently. The leasing office staff have been wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and professional. The community is well-kept, and I have had a great experience living here. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to call home.
