Quail Meadows Apartments

First of all let's move forward, please come see for your self the appliance the apartment has a new make over you could live here comfortably the staff is now on point with everything, so don't take my word for it come see for your self I promise if you looking for a one our a two bed room they have it and it going for a hundred dollars for three months with a year contract so,you tell me come see yall have a wonderful day stay safe

Nice quiet apartment complex. Old floor plans, but these apartments have been around since 1960’s I believe. I feel they do need some remodeling, water pressure is low a lot and hot water is in and out. Management is really nice though, but maintenance on the other hand has a delay on everything.

Lived there for a year I totally don't recommend you moving in these apartments my cars got stolen and broken into to many crimes happen in that place and the management never help you with any of these problems and on top of that you have to deal with trashy neighbors that harass people for a parking spot and no matter how many reports I made they never listen. Inside the apartments there's mold and a roach infestation that I could get rid of

Terrible place. Terrible service and should be investigated. My friends apartment has her windows nailed shut by the apartment complex! I'm pretty sure that's illegal. They will tow your car in a heartbeat, even for something as stupid as it facing the wrong direction in the parking spot. They towed my car when I parked in an area that DID NOT have any signs for towing area or no parking. Had to pay over $300. I do have to say they give you a parking pass to park wherever you want for 4 days, and you're only allowed 1 per month. It's ridiculous. They have 11 visitor parking spaces in the very back, but everyone who lives there parks their extra cars in those places, so almost none are available at most times of the day, especially evenings. Then you have to park your car on a side street,

i’m a current resident and i’m not sure what’s going with these constant power outages but it’s ridiculous!! because the office isn’t ever effected they have no empathy for those without power and it’s sad!! we were without power for 20 hours once and who knows long it will be this time, with these grueling heat temperatures!!
