Bonnie the manager is great and always on her job. Everytime we have a problem she’s quick at getting it solved immediately! I love living here!!! It’s very quiet and don’t get me going on how good the maintenance men are!!! Very professional and doing things correctly so they don’t have to keep coming back. All the staff here is friendly and do there jobs to a T. Bonnie is stern and follows all rules and that is why this is a great friendly place to live I love it here and hope to be here until my children are grown!!!! Thanks Bonnie and team for being such great people!!! We enjoy it here!!

I have been living here almost 2 years now and Bonnie just makes my stay so much better. When I have an issue she’s on her job making sure the problem is getting addressed immediately and I appreciate her so much for that. The Maintenance men are great and friendly and do one hell of a job on repairs! Sean and gene and chuck all have great attitudes and are absolutely always professional!!! Katie is in the office is always a great help to and I enjoy calling quail meadows my home and look forward to many more years here! Bonnie follows all rule and doesn’t let the riff raft slide which makes this a safe environment for our children thank you Bonnie,Katie,Sean,gene,and chuck for making it an great opportunity to live here you are very much appreciated!!!!

Bonnie the office manager is amazing, she just had my carpet replaced along with painting my walls again to make it feel like a new apartment. I can communicate with her and any problems are taken care of right away. I've seen many office managers come and go, Bonnie is my absolute favorite. Very kind and real 10/10

i give this place a 5 star rating i been here for almost 2 years and its been a wonderful place to call home, Bonnie is a wonderful landlord she does her job and absolutely turned this place around for the better! Katie does amazing at her job The maintenance people do a great job with repairs and doing a upkeep on the property! Thank you guys for keeping this a clean and safe place for my children and I to call home.

I gave 5 stars because Bonnie has been an amazing property manager to my family. Yes she enforces the rules and is very direct when she speaks, she doesn't tolerate disrespect and that's what I admired about her. She actually is very kind, has a great sense of humor and is understanding. Bonnie I appreciate you for being so helpful when I needed you. Thank you to the ground keepers for maintaining the beauty of the property. Staying here allowed me the stepping stones needed for success. You will love the property, the neighborhood, the school district, and the amenities that accompany your unit. Appliances included❤️🥰❤️🥰 I love it here and will truly miss living in this community.
