Quail Lakes Apartments

Been here almost a week and this is a great place to live. It's quiet at night even though it's located behind a strip mall. The apartments are well maintained, with improvements being done. There's places to play for the kids and the pool is clean. Aubrey at the front desk was very sweet and friendly and made the move in very easy. For the price you pay, the location is great, you are centrally located to anything you could want. The grocery store is just a walk away. Lindsey is also very nice and professional. Very dog friendly and kid friendly apartments. Great place.

Moved in to Quail Lakes Apartments back in Oct. Any issue that I've had come up has always been addressed very promptly. The ladies in the office and the maintenence team as a whole do a great job handling their business. I mention them to people who say they are looking for a place to stay for sure!

I've lived here for about 2 1/2 years. It's quiet and the management staff are always friendly and courteous when you questions and/or concerns. Maintenance requests are taken care of within 1-2 days and emergencies are taken care of within a couple of hours. It's an older community but making upgrades all the time.

I've had a great experience at Quail Lakes Apts. the office staff is friendly. the maintenance team is quick to respond and very thorough if something needs fixing or updating. it's a GREAT (and affordable) PLACE TO LIVE!

I've lived here for two years now and I've had the best experience. The office staff and maintenance are all super friendly and personable. They remember who you are, which I love. Maintenance has always been prompt to address any issues I have. When my AC went out this summer they had someone over to take a look within an hour of me calling it in. The area of the property by the pond is really pretty and a great place to relax with a book on a Sunday. I love it here!
