QLS Garden Apartments

I have been living here for 7+years and I have health problems and I have been waiting for almost 2 years to get my bathroom walls fixed and carpet change out. I am told that they do not have any one to do any repairs. I have one thing to say that we have poor management and maintenance services they come and patch up to make it look like it has been fixed. Some are very unkind and useless people. Who is put in a position to serve the people who pay to live here. They have only one person that God put here as a caring person for us seniors. I have to continue to pray for these people, because the Lord says vengeance is His. I will pray for them all.🙏🏽

Do not move here. This is the worst place to live from the staff to the apartments it's trash. They do not fix things when broken. They rather patch it up till it breaks again. Then they patch it up again. I currently have TWO bathrooms in my apartment that can't be used. I came home 4/18/24 to the main bathroom being completely destroyed. They ripped out the toilet and left it and debris all over the bathroom. They didn't bother to call to inform me maintenance would be in my apartment for repairs. Mind you, I put in a work order to fix the KITCHEN sink LAST YEAR in November, they have yet to fix it and it's getting worse. I called the office and was told by their answering service there was nothing they could do... call the police. That was their solution. Not to mention, there's roaches

Communication is poor! Young lady in the office is very rude person and disrespectful.

I was a visitor to this apartment before I now became an occupant. The apartment is very clean and quiet to live in. The management of the apartment are trying their best in solving all problems brought before them to make you comfortable especially Latasha who is always up and doing making sure you are comfortable in your apartment. There was a time I needed to print documents out from my phone and checked around and couldn't find near by place to do so but when I put call across to Latasha if she could help me out with the printing in her office and she said sure no problem and that was so amazing to me. Thanks guys and I think there's still room for improvement in response to complaints from occupant

I’m currently living here with my mom, the apartments are spacious but the staff that works in the office is TERRIBLE. They talk to you in a very harsh manner and have the worst attitudes ever. An example Today when I was trying to get into the gate our gate code was not working and my mom has the gate key so I called up to the front office to ask someone for help or to at least let us in and they literally said in the harshest tone “it works, just dial it again” and then hung up on our face. I cannot go on to explain how mean spirited these people are and they also hate when you try to ask them a question when going up to the leasing office. They won’t even let you in even without a mask. I don’t understand how these people could be so mean and expect you to pay rent on time.
