I rented a home from this property management company last year, 845 Lombardy Ct. We ended up with a rat infestation in the home, not because we were messy but because the lot behind the neighborhood was being developed and the rodents were displaced. It was like pulling teeth to get the landlords/property management company to do anything about it. They expected the tenant to pay for this service but the only way to for sure keep rodents out of the house was to close up all the external holes, which is very expensive and would be a permanent fix for a home I rented for 1 year. Ultimately they sent some handymen to come out and close things up, but we continued to deal with rodents in a major way until our lease ended We also did not have a working oven for the first two months we lived
