We use PV for transactions all the time and they're great to work with! They send regular transaction updates and keep deals moving in a timely manner. They're our go to settlement company for all deals in Allegheny county!

PV Settlement is the absolute best. Everyone there has great communication & goes above and beyond. Megan specifically will do anything she can to get you to the closing table without a headache. They truly are the best in the business.

PV settlement is the only title company I use in Pittsburgh. Always trustworthy, honest, cost-effective and time efficient. I have closed hundreds of transactions with PV settlement they are simply the best.

Worst experience ever. Would be asked for the same documents multiple times saying that we they had not received them yet. Literally would go in and forward them the email from a week earlier with the documents attached. Would then later be asked by a different person for the same documents that were sent. They seem to be very disorganized and don’t communicate internally with each other. Definitely will never use them again. Just hoping I don’t find they messed up more stuff now that we are done with them.

Best place ever.... My appointment for closing was at 10 a. m. I was out the door by 10:08 a. m. Megan, Lauren, & Jimmy were AWESOME!!!
