Trey and Noah were absolute superstars — they showed up fast, diagnosed the problem on the spot, and had everything fixed before I could blink. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind guys who clearly take pride in their work. If every maintenance crew worked like this, the world would run smoother! Huge shoutout to Putnam County Properties for having such an incredible team.

Putnam Properties has been great to me in the past years I have been renting with them. They always are quick to answer any service calls. David is always a quick responder and comes in and fixes up the issue in a breeze. He’s also very good at checking to see if anything else needs to be done before he heads out and follows up days after!

Trey did a quick and great job on my maintenance request. Came quickly and was very friendly. Putnam is very pet friendly and really appreciated that when I moved here from out of town.

I emailed a maintenance request after hours and they came quickly after opening. Shaun was very pleasant, he took his time, showing me exactly what was causing the issues. He explained his plan of action, validated my concerns and had no problem answering my questions. He even went as far as making adjustments to offer me peace of mind. He especially surprised me at the forethought he had when he asked me to ensure the residents didn't touch the drying caulk. Their safety was his concern and that meant a lot to me. After the work was done he had me check it to ensure I was satisfied. It was a refreshing interaction that left me feeling comfortable putting my confidence in him.

Trey came out to fix my refrigerator/freezer and he was great. Very kind, professional, and efficient. Putnam Properties has a great maintenance group.
