I am appalled at the experience I had when visiting the real estate office! Sherry was incredibly micro aggressive and gave me the impression that she is racist. I was very uncomfortable to realize that she is a real estate agent who has the power to make African Americans homeless! I watched her as she spoke with a Black individual before myself and constantly denied her proper service and engagement! She even went so far as to assume the individual would need government assistance to maintain mortgage payments! I decided to keep shut until it was my turn to inquire about the real estate, and when I did, there was a complete change in tone! Sherry offered me immediate visitation opportunities and First Time Home Buyers Assistance! Not only that but simply gave me her undivided attention!

I have used Putnam Agency for the purchase and sale of my previous home. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to deal in real estate. Every single agent was kind, professional, and most importantly patient with any questions or concerns that I had. I will continue to use Putnam for any future transactions.

Sherry worked quickly to get us into a beautiful rental in Cheshire when the housing market was absolutely bonkers.
