Elizabeth Moreno has been incredible throughout the entire process. Whenever I call, she is there to answer all my questions and address my concerns, making the process very quick. It's great to know that there are real people you can talk to and rely on. Justine has also been immensely helpful in answering all my questions. Overall, the process has been efficient and outstanding.

I was happy with how Pure Property management works.their service of approval are first hand,within two days the screening and background check was complete. I was anxious until I got a message for approval from Ms.Joyce. She was nice, kind and helpful with the information. Thank you Joyce and Pure Property for working late to ensure service delivery. On a different day....... After we signed the lease and paid all the dues, we were supposed to move in on 15th which we didn't. I reached out to Joyce again,and explained my case. she was able to change my lease, and my move in date to 24th and so despite having the keys from 15th I do not have to pay for those days especially if I did not manage to move in. That was fair and respectful to me. Thank Joyce and you really deserve 💗 💓 5 star 🌟 f
