PURE Property Management of Kentucky

We moved out because this property company refuses to fix emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner. We lived with a hole in our ceiling and roof for weeks! Breathing in insulation, mold spores and getting rained on. The toilet in the basement and the sump pump were not properly installed and the basement bedroom was unusable due to the constant smell of sewage. No sense of urgency from the staff to have the problem resolved. Other issues were completely half-assed. The fence was falling down and they kept “repairing it” by screwing new boards to rotten ones. Finally we were able to get them to actually replace it like the 1st 2 fence people they sent out said needed to happen. The 3rd time they came out to actually replaced it. It was so completely half-assed that they didn’t even

I had an awesome experience with PURE Property Management of Kentucky! They were very fast and helpful to get back with me on a questions I had. Braden, was specifically awesome. He was so kind and made sure our application process was smooth, and could move in with ease. I would definitely recommend!

MARTHY was very friendly, tried to help me as much as he possibly could. And also marked urgent on my application, because it is. I relished in his kind words regarding my situation and he overall made me feel more confident and positive about my choices in trying to find housing with them! Looking forward to hopefully getting more comfortable with the company, PURE. I hope to move soon and he is making it as quick as he can. I appreciate everything.

EDIT : After this review was posted, the property management group reached out and we were able to come to an amicable resolution regarding the unpleasant stay. It took awhile, but they eventually made it right on their side. After they took the time to address the issue, I'm now raising my review from 1 to 3 stars. Horrendous experience at one of their rental properties in Frankfort, KY. We were looking forward to a calm, relaxing evening, but the adjacent property decided to throw a party on a Monday night. I reached out to the management team, but no action was taken on their part to quiet the party. My family, including my small toddler, were subjected to drunk, loud, yelling party goers screaming obscene music lyrics into the night. Eventually, after no action was taken by the proper
