PURE Property Management of Georgia

I was formerly a tenant with Title One and was transferred to this company when they took over. My experience has mostly been okay outside of an issue I had for the past two years with the A/C in the house. I reported the A/C was not working in 2025 and a contractor was sent out to replace the entire HVAC system, which incidentally stopped working not too long after it was replaced. In the winter, I had to make a request to have someone come out because the heat wasn't working. In April 2025 I had to make yet another request because the A/C was not working. A contractor was sent out and stated that the entire system needed to be replaced. Then, radio silence. Pure has managed my property for the past several years. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very poor communication. They don't answer the phone. They don't answer emails. They don't keep employees or inform you when employees have left. They even double charge you for repairs..... It doesn't seem like anybody pays attention over at Pure. Most recently, I gave 6 month's notice that I intend to sell. I informed them in writing that I would end our management agreement at the end of the current lease (February 28, 2026). Then, when I inquired about the timing, I was informed (after repeated emails because––they don't answer) that they had given a three week's extension to the tenant without my permission! First let me start out saying, I thought this company was going to be excellent due to the 4.2 star rating but I would be very careful when it comes to submitting an application with them. They're basically accepting $75 application fees per adult, no communication for a couple of days and then denying you a couple days later stating the property is rented or removed. The property we applied to was on the market since 2/11/26 really since October of last year and we applied this past monday, Today we received an email stating its rented or removed. They're racking up millions on app fees. Don't waste your money with them. There are companies that do first come first serve which saves money and time. I hope this helps someone.

I have been living in a property for 3 years that uses Pure as the management company. I recently had some issues over the last 2 weeks regarding an upcoming lease renewal. Ivan was able to assist with getting our lease renewal set up and was professional and quick in getting this done. I appreciate Ivan's work in this process to get this completed!

Tina is amazing! She is very responsive and on top of all the maintenance request we do! Steve also was incredible! Great people!
