Todd and Staci have been a joy to work with. They were able to take my vision and make it a reality by extending the master bedroom, the dining area along with adding a door to the patio, and the office by turning it into a real bedroom with a closet. They extended everything under the existing roof line on the patio and were able to reuse a lot of materials in order to stay on budget as well as making the final project look seamless. You would not know a renovation has been done on this house and the new space is perfect!

Pura Vida (Todd & Staci Langely) did an outstanding job on our various “glow up” jobs at our lake property. From the first conversations of my ideas, they listened and truly captured what I was trying to achieve. Additionally, all of the subcontractors were excellent in their crafts. Communication across the board was fantastic and the whole experience was fun — not an adjective often used with renovation and construction work. We would certainly choose them for future projects (but they checked everything off the to-do list!). Thank you many times over for your attentiveness and determination to get everything just right.

We had a very pleasant experience with Todd and Staci. The design process went very smoothly and Staci was with us at every step of the selection process, from fixtures and finishes to helpful layout of the kitchen. Todd worked very closely with the contractors to keep them on the timeline and work through existing issues with our home. Todd and Staci also made sure all the work done was up to high standard, and treated our home like it was their own. I think the biggest mention coming out of a renovation is whether or not you would recommend services to a close friend or family member and whether or not you would have them provide it to you again. Mine answer would be yes to both. Time and budget are important in a renovation, and both were met with great quality work.

Our new home was built by Pura Vida Homes and Design. The quality of every detail was nonnegotiable for them. We had a million questions and Todd and Staci made themselves patiently available throughout the process. They are both extremely knowledgeable about all things custom homes and work tightly with their contractors to ensure everything is done in excellence. The finished product is more beautiful than I could have imagined. We were on a tight budget and our home is smaller than most of their homes but they worked with us creatively to find ways to save a little. Overall I would say about Pura Vida- I would highly recommend them for their commitment to quality and trustworthiness. We had a great experience working with Staci and Todd. Honest, hardworking, fair, open about the process, and advocate for you even with their own subcontractors. They are everything one should look for in a building/remodeling company. Staci has the added gifting of a good design eye and very helpful with all the many decisions faced on a big or small project. We love everything they did and will be calling them to finish the rest.
