Homes are beautiful. Closed on our dream home April 1st of 2021. We could tell Punto Living was in the business of one time sells. For weeks they ghosted us. Our hot water tankless heater doesn't hold enough hot water to supply our 1 story home it is especially annoying to have a luxury home not provide warm showers let alone hot. We been asking for it to be fixed since day 2 in our home (we moved in 5/1) And to be transparent they did send ppl the problem was never solved though. There were problems fixed with in weeks of reporting them... like the leak in our Jr. Suit. Another issue that we still have is caulking is messy and cracking through out home; outdoor stucco is falling off the structure and I have to fill my pool with a waterhose as opposed to having an automatic pool leveler.

I have to share my experience so other don’t go to such a disappointing experience. I called this place and the guy they have attending the phones was not professional at all, since the beginning he had a bad attitude and acted like if I was bothering him. I called them because I wanted some information, I decided to ask if I could speak with one of their agents so they can give me information regarding my inquiry, during the conversation he cut me off a couple of times because he seem like he was in a rush, at the end they didn’t end up helping me at all and I decided to leave it at that, he assure me he was going to get one of his agents to assist me and that never ended up happening.
