Overall, we are very happy with our Pulte home. The sales team, especially Patrick, was great to work with. A big shout-out to Tyler Stephenson (Construction Manager) - he was extremely responsive and quickly fixed our garage door and dining table electrical switch issues. He is very professional and a true hard worker. Our only frustration was with Pulte Mortgage, as the loan process started late and felt rushed near closing, which caused delays. Despite that, we love our home and appreciate the efforts of the sales and warranty teams.

We truly had a wonderful experience throughout our home-building journey and are so grateful for the incredible team who guided us along the way. Kerri Stone, our Sales Consultant, was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. She walked us through the agreements and documentation with patience and clarity, making each step feel manageable and stress-free for first time owners like us. She was always responsive, thoughtful, and supportive from start to closing. Blake Nolan, our Construction Manager, did an outstanding job bringing our home to life. His communication and attention to detail gave us peace of mind throughout the entire build. He went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and our concerns were handled with care. Pulte made our first build with them an amazing experience! Few builders let you personalize design choices like Pulte does, and it truly made our home feel special. Our construction manager, Matt, kept us informed and ensured everything was done right. Andrea, our sales consultant, made the buying process simple and stress-free, while Crystal, our design consultant, turned decisions into fun and exciting steps. The West Melbourne team is professional, attentive, and a joy to work with—we’d absolutely build with Pulte again!

As a new homeowner thanks to Pulte homes, this process was my first experience buying a home. From the salesperson to the lender to the construction manager to the closing attorney, I am extremely happy with the whole process. There was one incidence during the loan process that I feel wasn't explained to me in "dummy terms" which made it sound like my loan was not approved, but it was handled professionally by the loan team and they explained the situation. I feel very blessed to have my beautiful home!

W e had an amazing experience building our new home with Pulte! The entire team was wonderful, but Brittany over construction truly stood out. Brittany was exceptional to work with. She took real pride in building our home, and it showed in every detail. She was communicative, proactive, and always made us feel confident throughout the process. You can tell she genuinely cares about the quality of her work and the families she’s building for. Brandon and Angelica were also fantastic — organized, responsive, and always on top of things.
