Pulte Homes at Bluffview Reserve

I'm giving Pulte zero stars. We recently bought a new home from them, and before closing, we noticed a few issues. The construction manager said they'd fix them within a month after closing. It's now been over a month and a half, and they're not responding. The customer support is very poor. Don't trust their warranty - they don't respond, and even when they do, they don't show up to fix the issues. I'm regretting buying a house from them and trusting their promises.

The homes are beautiful and they have a good location. Easy access to the Ronald Reagan highway and convenient access to shopping close by. Model homes have many additional options that can be quite expensive when added to base prices of a new home.

It was really a good experience buying our new Home through Pulte Homes. our Sales rep Abel Reyes and Construction manager Corby Hafernik were very detailed about the home construction process from start to end. The home quality is really good. For us it was a remote buying experience and they made this process very easy and transparent. We are satisfied with the home.

LaMonica and Carlton are very approachable and friendly. They are always ready to answer any questions regarding the home plans, design choices and building status. 2nd year update: We are enjoying our home. Pulte has done a great job. Never had any leaking issues, plumbing or electrical problems so far. Minor issues were addressed mostly on time.
