We have worked with pugh group management since 2022 and they they always been helpful and courteous with every interaction. No problem is too large or too small for them to tackle. They have made renting in huntsville a pleasure. Jessika has especially gone above and beyond.

Since September 24th, I’ve been trying to get in contact about renewing our lease. Once I emailed the office, I didn’t hear back until I called. Then they sent an email on October 18,2025 stating they will get back to me by next week. I never received a call or a respond to my email. I emailed again on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 asking for an update. Once again no response, no call. It has now been almost two months of me trying to see if I can renew my lease. No one has reached out to me. As a tenant who has always paid their rent on time, I feel like I should at least receive updates on the status of my request. Not be ignored, especially since the owners are more than happy to rent to us again. Very disappointing!!!!

Upon moving to Huntsville in 2019 the Pugh Group gave us a chance and the process was easy. The property manager Jessika is very professional and informative, she is a phone call away and always took care of any concerns with our property. We rented from this company from 2019-2025 with no regrets and I would definitely use them again!!!!!

I am very thankful I found Pugh Property Management for my needs. After having trouble with other rental companies in the past I was in need of a quality managment. Jessika has been so communicative and transparent through the entire process. It has been night and day difference between my last experience.
