I would strongly advise against living at this apartment complex. From the moment my husband moved in, the experience was less than ideal. The manager was consistently rude, snide, and frankly, a bit weird to deal with. On multiple occasions, We found his attitude to be unprofessional and dismissive, making it clear that he was not interested in helping tenants or fostering a positive living environment. When it came time for my husband to move out, the situation only got worse. We had informed the manager months in advance that we were purchasing a house and would be leaving. Despite the ample notice, he made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. He even changed the rules regarding the notice to vacate, which only added to the frustration. I am SO surprised to see so many bad reviews 😮! REGARDLESS, I lived here a little over three years from 2021- the end of April 2024 (2 beds/2 baths) and ABSOLUTELY LOVED/ adored Puesta Del Sol! The staff was ALWAYS super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work and communicate with, especially Rick Anderson! Rick REALLY went above and beyond with his customer service, flexibility, and overall was a pleasure to be around. When I put work orders in, they were completed within 12- 72 hours, and if not, maintenance was GREAT about texting and keeping me in the loop as to when it would be completed. (I work graveyard, so it was MUCH appreciated to NOT be woken up during my sleeping hours 😁.) ( I ) never had any safety concerns or damage to personal property. Packages never got

Worse experience EVER ! Management was really unprofessional he was very rude every time I would speak to him , maintenance was horrible I would have to wait weeks for them to come n check any problems I had with the garbage disposal, when I moved in I notice the bathtub was painted when I shower the paint was peeling off ! Every time I would do laundry the bathroom would smell horrible! A lot of ROACHES 🪳 a lot of addicts every where in the apartment complex seeing drug deals every other day & he wouldn’t do anything about it . People will park on your park spot & I would call n he wouldn’t do anything about it he would say “ is not my problem “ keep in mind our parking spots where far from your apartment got my car broken into 2 times !!! I wouldn’t recommend to even live here at all !!!

A/c keeps going out, my apt is always at 85 degrees and maintenance hasn’t fixed it in over two weeks. No more than 5-7 minutes of hot water when you shower, got robbed twice, parking spot is ALWAYS taken, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, office manager is never available, calls hardly get answered, zero guests in pool, worst apartments I’ve ever lived in and I still have 7 months left. I’m in hell.

I’m about to move out and I’m trying another complex. Worst maintenance experience ever. Manager does not like to help. Especially take safety as a consideration for the disabled. Yes the location is great for the blind community but is it really worth it? I don’t think so. Mind you, I only been here 3 months. I moved in with a roommate and my partner. Plus there’s hardly any hot water. Seems like they don’t upkeep the apartments. Also not just the apartments themselves but the laundry room needs some work. Some dryer are my money, and a washer did not work properly. The biggest problem my partner and I faced was in December.
