Was overcharged for deposit and never recieved a dime of it after lease was fullfilled. I have clled and left messages with no response. Never sprayed for roaches after I notifed them. The heat was never fixed properly during the lease. Very opportunistic and know that unless I take them to court which would cost more than my deposit, they can coninue to be be thieves.

We went through this company for about 5 yrs . My wife and I finally bought a house gave our notice as we were supposed to. We had a cleaning company come in and do a very thorough cleaning job this service cost 350 dollars. It looked very nice considering it was terrible when we moved in I had brought the yard back to life I felt we had taken very good care of this property. Then they wait nearly 60 days to give back deposit well what they didn't keep they charged us over 200 to clean the inside what a rip-off we ended up getting a small portion of the deposit back. All in all they are very unprofessional we had appliances that went out and waited over 2 months to get repaired. Wouldn't recommend this property management to my worst enemies.

This place has gone down hill with the new management. I used to get things fixed in reasonable time frame- I had to call many times with the new people. It was so bad, at one point, my health was suffering from an unresolved issue that I had been trying to resolve with them for months. I had told them several times of the problem, informing them of my condition, and they never sent any one to even come look. I was not the only tenant that had a problem with the same issue. Nothing was done- I felt they did not care about their tenants as much they care about money. My family's health was at risk, for pete's sake, and they did not care. I tried to be more than reasonable with them. I never caused problems, and I always paid my rent on time. They didn't seem to be too interested in kee

Worst rental place in the history, do not fall for this trap. I know these people they’re horrible with their tenants and super greedy. Don’t make the same mistake.

I've been renting with Steve for a little over 2 1/2 years now and can say that he and his team are excellent. Great property, they are always quick to respond to my maintenance calls, and I'm never kept waiting if something is wrong. Steve is so thoughtful and even helped me find assistance when times were tough during the Pandemic. I highly recommend PPM to anyone looking to rent!
