I really thought this was home. I toured this place, amenities great, price was great. I applied and was approved immediately, paid my admin and app fee. I wanted to walk my apartment but was told it was being painted and cleaned. I was asked to sign my lease but I wanted to tour where I was living. So I pushed on the leasing agent a bit to let them know firmly I’m not signing until I see it. Upon walking in I realized why they had been delaying. It smelled like a sewer! Like I was stepping in poo. I repeatedly said the smell was bad and was told during the walk through that it was bc it hadn’t been cleaned. I love it here. I’ve been living at Proxy since 2023 and I just renewed my lease again this year. I’ve been living in downtown Phoenix since 2018 and it is a great place to live. There are limitless things to do here. The management at this property is the best I've had anywhere I have lived. It's a smaller community and the service is very personal. They take good care of me here and are very easy to deal with and helpful.

Proxy EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE claims he doesn’t have a key to help people when they get locked out of their apartments. He ALSO stated, he didn’t have a leasing manager on his list to call, he didn’t offer help. What kind of hep is available when you get locked out of your apartment and you have no funds to get a locksmith. This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE, things happen and maintenance can’t even help.

I reached out to ask about availability and schedule a tour. After getting an automated reply, I called today at 1:39pm and spoke w someone who was very dismissive and uniterested in helping. i Asked simple questions about applying, how long they can hold an apt for, and waht kind of view the available units have, but he gave short vague answers. When i tried to to clairafy something about the view, his tone came off kind of snarky. it honestly made me unconfortable, and i just ended the call early. I thanked him for his time and hung up. Was execting a little more professionalism and friendliness from the leasing office.

Living right above this property there are always loud noises coming from the pool area late at night. There management must not have any noise ordinances or rules for their tenant which affects everyone in the area. Dear property manager, please remind your tenants that 3:30 in the AM is not the time to go skinny dipping.
