Proximity At 10th

We had a great experience with our son living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The landscaping is always taken care of, and the common areas are kept in excellent condition. The management team has been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex.

I’ve lived at the prox for 2 years now and signed for next year as well. I’ve loved living here the apartments are so nice and look newly renovated! Also Cam that works at the leasing office has as been soooo kind and helpful whenever I need anything or questions answered!!!😊😊

I’ve had an amazing experience living at The Proximity! The community is clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are great. What really stands out is the staff—everyone is friendly and responsive, especially Jayden. Jayden went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had, making sure I felt comfortable, and even helped me with some issues that I had come across with losing my keys. Any inconvenience i’ve had, the Proximity has helped me with. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!

I have nothing but the best things to say about Proximity! I absolutely love it here. I have lived here about six months but I have already released with them for next year. Proximity is the best choice in apartments for college students. It is so close the campus, has amazing amenities and is extremely safe! The staff is always so kind and helpful. Special shoutout to Katie and Jayden! Most of the amenities are 24hrs and the parking garage is one of my favorite perks. The study rooms are also very nice and quiet. When looking for an apartment, my biggest thing was safety and prox has it! The leasing process is also super easy and quick thanks to the staff. They also often do giveaways and cute little apartment activities such as a football watch party by the pool and a pop up fall treat

Absolutely love the proximity. The staff is always so nice, especially Jayden who works the leasing office, always has my packages ready for me to pickup and is always in a good mood. The staff really makes the place and I’m so grateful to live here.
