ProView Home Inspections

I recently was a victim of this companies scathing review of my home. The inspector made comments regarding the electrical panel when he was not an electrician and clearly did not know what he was talking about. He stated "A breaker is serving two circuits, which could overload the circuit". The licensed electrician I hired said the inspector was incorrect and the breaker was approved for two circuits. The inspector also said he could not determine if the panel was grounded. The electrician laughed at this comment and pointed to the very obvious grounding wire. The inspector described the brand new, never used, high end kitchen cabinetry as "functional, and do not have any significant damage". I am only clicking on the one star to leave my honest review. I bought a home and my realtor referred me to Luis the inspector. He did not report any major issues in my inspection. One week and half later I found a puddle of water in the hallway. I called a plumber and flood specialist and they found a leak that they said has been going on for awhile. I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance and they sent a leak specialist. He found water damage under the bathroom sink. The leak specialist said it’s been a on going leak. My claim was DENIED! There was no mention or pics of the area under the bathroom sink in my report. I asked Luis why did he not check the bathroom sink and he said it was illegal to move owners belongings.
