Providence managed the closing on our home and the team was exceptional. Going into debt shouldn’t feel as fun as it did, but the team’s engagement and energy helped reduce the anxiety of the moment! Ramona walked us through the documents in a way that made me feel comfortable asking questions and clarifying anything I didn’t fully understand. James was fantastic as well - his sense of humor and charm helps put the moment in perspective and his level of service and care is top notch. The food and beverages are just a really nice touch of southern hospitality as well. Just nicely done overall!

Providence is AMAZING. Ramona helped us through everything and was an absolute pleasure! James runs the office and is one of the nicest and most bright and fun personalities I’ve ever met! Every second we spent in their office, they took care of our every need and really helped to make the closing a special moment and just so much fun! This company maintains multiple reserved parking spots that are consistently empty, even when the lot is otherwise full. It speaks volumes that these spots are always vacant and that staff apparently have the time to actively supervise them. When I parked briefly out of necessity while late for a medical appointment, I—a young woman who was unable to find a safe or available place to park—was yelled at from across the lobby of the office building by a male staff member. This public confrontation felt intimidating, inappropriate, and deeply disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional company to do business with.

Dear Westin Homes Executive Leadership, Providence Title, and Lending Partners, On January 7, 2026, my husband and I arrived for our scheduled home closing at 12:15 PM for a 12:30 PM appointment. We arrived early and prepared; our realtor, Kay Harris, was already waiting. Despite arriving early, we were not greeted, acknowledged, or welcomed. When we announced, “The Harleys are here for a closing,” the only response was, “Oh, hello — do you have your check?” There was no congratulations, no warmth, and no professionalism shown for what should have been one of the most important days of our lives.
