I’ve been a resident of Providence Park for 5 years and while the complex has had its issues, I’ve never been as miserable and frustrated with the care of my unit and my concerns as a tenant as I have been over the last seven months. I have been a tenant since November 2019 and prior to this year I only needed to have this unit serviced once a year including July 20th, 2024, and May 9th, 2023. This year has been completely different. I submitted work orders beginning on March 23rd when I realized it was unusually hot in my apartment, and I was unable to keep my bedroom window open. From there I realized the issue was with my AC unit which led to the submission of work orders for the unit to be repaired and then replaced based on the following dates: April 1st May 9th June 5th July 23rd Jul

I lived at Providence Park for a year and I had a great experience… from the friendly front office staff (Bilal, Jemal, and Michelle), to the efficient maintenance staff, to the food truck Friday events. The complex has a good location in Northeast Columbia, is family/kid friendly, generally quiet, very clean in common areas inside/outside, and pet friendly! There are several nice amenities like the outdoor pool, the fitness gym with personal training services, and more! I also really enjoyed the community events Providence Park hosted for their residents! Overall I give them 5 stars, and would recommend!
