Providence Manor Apartment

I love 💗 Providence manor apartments. I have been here going into my 15th year. Property manager is awesome. Trash is always picked up. The up keeps of the property is always kept up to order. When I ever needed anything repaired, it’s done in a timely manner. I love the fact they have cameras on the outside and inside of the building and flood lights for the safety of the tenants. I’m very happy at Providence Manor💗😊❤️😊

Upon moving out we found black mold in the back of the bedroom closet and reported it immediately to Jenn the property manager. Without seeing it in person she insisted its not mold. Felt physically ill often while living here. They kept the security deposit charging for items that were reported to maintenance who never showed up to fix the damages, like to a wall from when AC leaked. The bathroom tub peels like paint peeling. Shower head is very old and mgmt sent a text to all tenants stating there would be a fine if you replaced with a modern showerhead. The maint staff is not at fault here. They’re always short staffed. Horrible place. Mice issues often

Don’t waste your time leasing this an apartment from this building. It’s smells of cigarettes constantly despite promising that it’s a a smoke free building. The parking areas and trash areas is always extremely dark. The cameras for the building is horrible so if anything happens to your vehicle you won’t be able to get the footage. Maintenance rarely comes to fix anything. It’s not worth the money.

My husband and I have lived here for over a year now and I must say that we couldn’t be happier. When we first leased the apartment we had a very short window between moving out of our old place, moving in to this one and me having to leave for a 32 day training. In fact we moved in one day and the very next day I had to jump on a plane and fly out to training the very next day. Jenn and Denise made the entire process seem well seamless and were not worried with our extremely tight timeline. Our apartment was as promised and the service from the maintenance staff to the leasing office has always been top notch. We have signed our second lease and even with the crazy life of two aviation professionals the management and maintenance teams have been more than accommodating should we forget to

I lived in Apartment complex C for a year, then had to move for another job. Great place to stay. Never had an issue in my apartment. Weekly cleanings were done in the hallways and the laundry room was mostly empty. Neighbors are kind too. Not to mention, they always had ample parking space.
