Providence at Palm Harbor Apartments

We absolutely love Providence. We’ve been living here for almost 4 years now, and it has truly been such a wonderful place to call home. The location is perfect, and the community is quiet and calm — which we really appreciate. The maintenance team does an amazing job keeping the property looking beautiful and well cared for. A huge thank you to Jesus, Derek, and Scott — they are always so helpful and quick whenever we need anything! Troy, Todd, and Deana are just lovely. They are so understanding, kind, and genuinely helpful. They truly make living here such a great experience. We’re so grateful to be part of this community and would highly recommend it!

I lived in providence for 2 years. My experience was great! We had a spacious apartment, the maintence staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! The office was great. Any time I had a question they answered quickly. The pool days were great and it was clean. Neighbors are quiet and sweet. I always had a parking spot no matter what time I got home; and it’s a peaceful complex. The maintence staff really takes care of the property and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. :) I will miss my neighbors that have become friends, saying good morning to the maintence staff on my morning walks with my pup, and chatting with the office. This review is only based on a tour for inquiring for interest of living here. I just have to say that Todd was absolutely fantastic and professional. Showed us basically every option under the sun and was ready to answer every question we threw his way. Even if my gf doesn't end up living here, this man deserves recognition and the overall feel and quality of the grounds and apartments seems great. Thanks Todd!

My husband and I love living here. Are apartment is a great size and we love the location. Another plus to this community is the maintenance team! Every time we put in a request, they are here within 24 hours. We have a dog that can be a bit much so we often request a certain time for maintenance to arrive so we can make sure our dog is put away and they always show up or call when appropriate which we really appreciate. Just this past Sunday morning, I woke up at 2am to our hot water heater hose leaking with water everywhere. We were able to turn the water off and we called the emergency maintenance line once we got up for the day. Jesus called us back in a timely manner and made arrangements to come by and fix our hot water. We understand maintenance doesn't work Sundays so we really ap

I recently moved into this community, and I absolutely love my apartment! The space feels like home already, and everything has been well-maintained and welcoming from the start. I also want to give a big shout-out to the maintenance team. Todd has been especially great—he handled my work order quickly and with real care, making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment and a responsive, friendly staff.
