Providence at Heights

I have live at Providence at Heights for just over 3 years now and have loved staying here. The apartments are spacious and beautifully redecorated. The pool is beautiful, and the gym has everything I need. They are also very quick to respond to any issues that occur. When a power line went down and our A/C went out they brought two windows u its to keep the apartment cool within an hour or two, and gave us a credit on our bill for the outage. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Of all the apartments I have lived in over the last 10 years, this one has been the best by far. I would absolutely recommend!

I feel when someone or a company does good or bad that understanding and communication is key to move things forward. I can honestly say the management team at Providence @ Heights have been great at getting my needs addressed sooner than later and the follow up afterwards was / is truly appreciated. I’ve lived at this complex for almost a decade. And if I can get the service and attention I am receiving now, I plan to stay.

The office staff in this property are very profesional and always go above and beyond to assist us. Esmeralda is always friendly and always greets me with a smile . As well for Rachel. Not to mention the maintenance are always fast to complete my work orders. I am so happy to be a resident here at Providence at Heights. I will be recommending this property to all of my family and friends.

I liked living here at first but there are so many issues that are constant and not being resolved . 1. The water temperature is bipolar. It’ll go from hot to cold randomly while showering and I have seen the water come out with a brown color to it where I had to buy a filter for my shower head. 2. I’m not sure if it is all the apartments but in mine, the electricity would go out all the time, we had their maintenance men come out once and all he simply did was unplug and plug again a wire… but the issue was never resolved. 3. We have seen neighbors cars left on bricks and all of their tires were gone because there is no safety or security around here , the gate is always messing up or jamming so anyone can come in and out . 4. They raised prices and the fees are so high for NO reason, for

She is always a great help. She's really nice and patient. For helping us finding our apartment i will recommend Esmeralda a hundred percent ask for her.When you need an apartment.
