Providence at Baytown

GEEZ!!!! I am not a resident. I was just doing a pick up for Customer return. This apartment complex looks abandoned & outdated, The upstairs railings don’t even look like they’re within code. Grounds seriously need to be maintained the pool looks like it hasn’t even been cleaned or open for the summer! This property looks like it could have a lot of potential if it were just maintained.

The new management at Providence at Baytown has made such a big difference! Since they’ve come in, everything feels more organized and professional. The office staff is super friendly and helpful, and they always treat residents with respect. Any time I’ve had an issue, maintenance gets it taken care of really fast, usually within a day or two. You can really tell they care about making this a better place to live. I’ve noticed so many positive changes lately, and I’m honestly glad I stayed!

I am a current tenant and got told today that the manager who was the only person in the office at the time didn’t have time for me when I was coming in with an actual current issue. There were 2 kids under the age of 4 unsupervised throwing trash in the parking lot. After I advised her what was going on she then had time for me. I will be calling Baytown police from now on and letting them deal with it

So I live in this complex and I know we just got new owners and an entire new team from managers to maintenance staff. The old ones it seemed just made things go in one ear and out the other. But this new team seems to be making strides in improving the quality of life here. So far I've been patient with the new staff cause im sure there's a long maintenance list needing to be completed. Anyways, they've been here 2 or 3 days fixing things and so far im happy seeing these requests finally being completed. Juan the maintenance guy has been really helpful especially getting my AC backup and running especially during this rain. The only reason for the stars is because I've been burned before from the old staff but I think Ill change my rating once I can see all these changes that are comin

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST APARTMENTS IVE EVER LIVED IN!!!! If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. I have lived in these apartments for over 2 years and currently still do. Granted they are cheaper than most places but you definitely get what you pay for. The roaches are ridiculously bad, and they don’t ever spray when you ask them to. Which you are already charged for pest control even if you don’t ask. The pools with NOT be open most of the summer time or at all. The a/c and water/hot water constantly goes out or has issues. The apartment managers never answer the phones and they will try to over charge you. I have told them over 5 times that I already have renters insurance yet they constantly try to charge me and then charge me over draft fees when I don’t pay the other fees. The
