Strap in because this is a long review. My journey started with this company touring a property only to not be met by anyone when we arrived to the property, only for the maintenance man to find us wondering around the property that ended up showing us the unit but was unable to answer any leasing related questions as he did not work in leasing, only for us to find out after this showing that the tenant decided to renew their lease. Frustrated with wasting our time and the lack of professionalism from management, namely Sarah and her awful customer service skills, we were ready to move on when Sarah offered us another unit to view. I had a terrible experience with ProvRentals. After signing a lease and paying my security deposit, they abruptly canceled my lease before my move-in date without providing any explanation. Despite multiple calls, texts, and emails to the property manager Sarah, she completely ignored all follow-ups and never communicated the reason for their decision. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially when dealing with people's housing and finances. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with them. The negative reviews you see online are 100% accurate. Apartment was nice and my wife felt safe in the facility. However maintenance was slow to respond if issues occurred. My biggest complaint is management integrity. We stayed at 1290 Westminster and adhered to all policies in our 6 month lease. However the job extended another 2.5 months and we agreed to rent month to month according to Sara the Manager. We verbally agreed it would be difficult to give a 30 day notice and was told that would not be a problem. When the job did come to an end we separated and departed for Texas on the 21st of November. Shortly after arriving home we were charged again for December rental even though we were now in Texas. In all fairness that was returned a month later. I have lived here for a year now the building was brand new when I moved in. Everything new condition. Awesome appliances, in unit washer& dryer buildings is all new and well-maintained the management team is awesome. Easy to deal with. I’d highly recommend this property if you’re looking to move to Providence the owner also has several other properties around this area and a few others in the city. Definitely worth considering. The units are very energy efficient with low monthly utilities ! Perfect spot to call home !

I rented 2 different locations from Prov rentals and spent about 5 years with them . Both of my units were beautiful and I had no issues .
