Seeing them coming back every year to work on bricks of the building across the street tells me they're Eugene-ing those who live in the building by having to come back every year. Mind you the same kind of company had these workers disappear for months in 2012 and not have anything secure during Super Storm Sandy. And I can imagine how the bill gets passed down onto the people who live in that building for constant brick work. And those who work on other buildings nearby only have to come around once every decade which speaks volume to the quality difference in materials used. If you like these people coming back every year then this company is for you.
