Easy and fast refinance. Very helpful customer support. One thing I'm not pleased about is 3 weeks after closing Prosperity promptly outsourced our loan to a different company. It's upsetting to just get settled and comfortable with one loan institution and then have to switch to another and create all new accounts and refamiliarize with a new finance company.

Jon is the absolute best at what he does. He makes everything go so smoothly and gets the job done. He puts your mind at ease and walks through obstacle with you. He keeps us informed and up to date on everything that's happening . Thank you Jon for all your patience, hard work and dedication!!

Just refinanced with Prosperity Home Mortgage. They were great to work with! My mortgage consultant, Kalis Dyakanoff, walked us through the process online, by phone, and by text. We were able to sign documents online, and even had a Notary Public come handle the closing at our home. I’ve never had such good customer service. He answered every question we had, offered to provide a bi-annual review of our escrow account, property taxes, and home insurance, to keep us informed of any changes.
