I'm absolutely loving my experience here! 😊 The management team is super responsive and always willing to help with any issues. The amenities are top-notch - the pool is perfect, and the gym is well-equipped. Maintenance team Zavy, Emily and Edwin are always on top of things, and the community vibe is really great. Love living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chill and nice place to call home!

i have lived here for a little and i have noticed that the new manager is rude. i have noticed that the energy has died when i walk in to the office, it is really quiet noticed that the staff do not talk to each other i can tell that the staff is not happy at all. i do wanna say that the 2 office girls Stephanie and Rosie are amazing and we love them the maintenance team is great at their jobs and are very kind but i can tell ever since this new manager came in it seems like the office is a jail and they have to walk on egg shells. to be honest if i had the chance to hire him as a manager is would be a no, i feel like a work place should be welcoming and have a good feeling and i can tell that it is not anymore. but over all this place is amazing to live at and the staff is amazing just n

Lived here since December, so far it’s been great! Emily, Edwin, and Zavy are amazing at what they do in maintenance. The office staff are nice and helpful, been a few hiccups with the first month with rent but overall helpful. Zavy had a fast response on Christmas to our flooding dishwasher and got it fixed same day. Unfortunate that the pool and spa are closed during winter now but still a good place to live!

I never thought I would be writing a review about my apartment complex, but here I am. Since we moved in, I loved every second about it, but they just recently got a new manager, I think. I haven’t seen his face around and he definitely didn’t help us with the paperwork when we moved in. I went in there a few days ago to discuss something and he was nowhere to be seen. The energy in the office was low and the vibes were kind of weird. I Did go to the gym earlier today and he was also nowhere to be seen. Coming from a manager standpoint I don’t think you should have a manager like that. Come on Gray Star do better… The other staff, though are absolutely amazing maybe they should replace him lol.

Do not rent from here. We’ve lived at Prosper Place apartments for over 6 months and it has been an unpleasant experience since day one. We first had to push our move-in day back to allow staff to re-clean and re-inspect things in our apartment. There were unpainted walls, dirty counters, dead bugs, cabinets falling off hinges, fur collected inside the washer and window shades chewed up from the previous tenant’s dog, a broken dryer, mold in the bathtub… the list goes on. For the amount you pay for rent and other move-in costs you’d think they could at least prepare their apartments better for new tenants.
