We had two majors with our new home. Somehow I bent the garage door two days after moving in. Second I was suppose to maintenance my shower grout. I spoke with numerous contractors and this is not a thing. Neither were repaired by the Dream Finders. Gary O’Connor places blame on the homeowner for any major repair that would cost Dream Finders to cut into their profit. He does not believe the homeowner, hides behind the big company, and their “warranty” that protects them instead of the homeowner. Dream Finders cuts corners to make money, uses cheap materials, and dumps their poor craftsmanship on the homeowner. Go elsewhere when buying a home!
