Prospect Place Apartments

I guess only people who’ve had a bad experience leave reviews at apartment complexes. With that being said, Prospect Place Apartments isn’t so bad. In my experience the apartment has been pretty chill. Not as loud as other people make it seem. It’s in a nice/ safe neighborhood. Decent walking trails around and good parking. I’ve not had any issues with appliances or A/C. They take pretty good care of the buildings. All in all my only complaint would be the price but I guess that’s more of a California problem.

I would avoid renting here AT ALL COSTS. This property was previously doing quite well and was a great place to call home. Unfortunately, very thin walls, wooden upstairs floors, a recent affinity towards renters who are a nuisance and who have no regard for others' enjoyment of property and space, and, MOST IMPORTANT, a disengaged management not willing to hold renters accountable and have ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST in investigating noise complaints effectively, should point you to look elsewhere. Do your homework if you intend to rent here. Similar sized apartments are cheaper and larger sized apartments and homes go for the same cost. Walls too thin. Poorly insulated. Gets cold in winter and hot in summer. Faucets leak. Noisy refrigerator. Landscaping almost nonexistent. Handyman is weird. Office staff very confrontational and won’t accept criticism. Neighbors are very nosy. Very expensive for the value one obtains.

Nice family friendly 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. With backyard or balcony. Most have hardwood floors.
